Why an annual course is essential?

A young person’s development doesn’t happen in a single workshop.
It requires time, consistency, and structured support .

The IMPACT Youth The Development Program was designed to offer young people:

  • Ongoing support,
  • Solid reference points,
  • Lasting skills for success in school and in life.

A format compatible with the school year

📅 Period : September to June
⏱️ Schedule : 1 workshop of 3.5 hours per month
👥 Target audience : young people aged 12 to 18

The program begins with a highlight:

Back to School – Vision Board Workshop

A back-to-school workshop to help each learner to:

  • Clarify your academic and personal goals,
  • Looking ahead to the year,
  • To define a clear vision of one’s future.

A participatory educational approach

The workshops are designed as interactive and engaging sessions , promoting:

  • Oral expression
  • The reflection
  • The exchange
  • Learning through experience.

Two workshops per year are open to parents

featuring expert speakers, in order to:

  • Strengthening the parent-child bond,
  • Align expectations
  • Supporting the overall development of young people.

  • Strengthening personal skills (soft skills )
