Certified in PMP and ITIL, Sylvie has 15 years of experience ranging from implementing technological solutions for financial institutions (Cameroon, DRC, Ghana, Nigeria) and multinational companies to coaching executives (Angola, Singapore, Cameroon) and managing leadership programs (Singapore, Cameroon). This international exposure has allowed Sylvie to better understand interpersonal communication challenges and the impact of corporate culture. Recognizing the need for everyone to be trained and supported in their personal development, Sylvie left the corporate world to pursue her passion for human capital development and founded IMPACT in 2017. She is a certified DISC facilitator and a trainer in soft and life skills. Sylvie launched the Impact Youth Development program (monthly workshops on youth development), the Impact Youth Leadership program (a month-long annual program on communication, leadership, and values), and the Impact Women Empowerment Workshop (a bimonthly capacity-building workshop for women), all driven by her passion for empowering women and youth.
