An intensive program in the heart of the July holidays
The IMPACT Youth Leadership Program takes place every July in a structured and immersive format.
Duration: 1 month
Total: 16 sessions + 1 Final Presentation
- 8 sessions in French
- 8 sessions in English
- 1 Final Presentation (public speaking)
This bilingual format allows young people to develop their leadership skills in both languages, a major asset for their academic and professional future.
The 3 pillars of the program
1 – The art of public speaking
Public speaking is used as the primary tool for:
- To boost self-confidence,
- Structuring thought,
- Improve oral expression,
- Learning to persuade and inspire.
Each session is interactive, progressive and adapted to the age of the participants.
2 – The 8 sessions are structured around three main fundamental themes :
1- Leadership
- Understanding what a responsible leader is
- Taking initiatives
- Working as a team
- Developing positive influence
2️- Self-knowledge
- Identify your strengths and talents
- Managing your emotions
- Developing self-esteem
- Building a personal vision
3️- Adapting to today’s world
- Adapting to changes
- Understanding the professional world
- Developing autonomy
- Learning to solve real-world problems
Practical preparation for the professional world
The program does not stop at theoretical skills.
Depending on their profile and seniority in the program, young people may benefit from:
- Professional immersion internships (for participants who have attended at least 2 editions)
- Community projects (social impact, citizenship)
- Entrepreneurial projects (ideation, teamwork, pitching)
🎯 Objective: to help teenagers understand the realities of the professional world, develop a sense of responsibility and project themselves into the future.
3 – The Grand Oral
The program concludes with a Grand Oral, a key moment, a highlight during which each participant:
- Presents a structured speech,
- Defends an idea or a project,
- He speaks in front of an audience.
A powerful exercise that marks a before and after in the young person’s confidence.
