An annual program to support young people in their personal development and success
A continuous development program, from September to June, for 12-18 year olds.
Why an annual course is essential?
A young person’s development doesn’t happen in a single workshop.
It requires time, consistency, and structured support .
The IMPACT Youth The Development Program was designed to offer young people:
- A secure environment,
- Ongoing support,
- Solid reference points,
- Lasting skills for success in school and in life.
A format compatible with the school year
📅 Period : September to June
⏱️ Schedule : 1 workshop of 3.5 hours per month
👥 Target audience : young people aged 12 to 18
The program begins with a highlight:
Back to School – Vision Board Workshop
A back-to-school workshop to help each learner:
- Clarify their academic and personal goals,
- Look ahead to the year,
- Define a clear vision for their future.
A participatory educational approach
The workshops are designed as interactive and engaging sessions , promoting:
- Oral expression
- Reflection
- Exchange
- Learning through experience
Two workshops per year are open to parents
featuring expert speakers, in order to:
- Strengthening the parent-child bond,
- Align expectations
- Supporting the overall development of young people.
The main points of the program
Throughout the year, young people are involved in activities centered around:
- Leadership and responsibility
- Strengthening personal skills (soft skills )
- Mentoring and support
- Community service and citizenship
- Personal development and self-knowledge
These approaches aim to expand skills, boost character, and broaden the relationships necessary for long-term success.
An opening to the world and global issues
The program is inspired by:
- United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs ) ,
- Local committees ,
- Centers of expertise .
This approach allows:
- Understanding the challenges of today’s world,

- Getting involved beyond the school setting.
