Les ateliers Impact sont impactants car on ne les oublie pas et ils restent ancrés dans un coin de la tête. Ils permettent à la femme de se découvrir, de se révéler et surtout de libérer son leadership. J’ai participé à plusieurs ateliers et à chaque fois j’en suis sortie grandie. Grandie sur le plan personnel car au-delà du reseautage et des belles rencontres que nous y faisons, il est aussi question de se remettre en question et d’adopter de meilleurs automatismes pour soi et ses proches. Et sur le plan professionnel, en tant qu’enseignante Et entrepreneure, j’ai pu utiliser les conseils et “tips” de l’équipe d’Impact pour mieux interagir avec mes collaborateurs et pour faire grandir mes compétences.
